About this role
Job Summary
- Basic Salary: $3200 - $3800
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:45am to 5:45pm & Friday: 8:45am to 5:15pm
- Working Location: Senoko
- AWS + Performance bonus
- In-house Canteen + Company transport provided
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with established procedures, work instructions and quality standards.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality and reliability requirements.
- Identify, document and address product, process and quality non-conformities.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and support the effective implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System requirements.
- Conduct and support internal quality audits and management reviews in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Monitor quality processes and implement improvements to prevent recurring non-conformities.
- Assist with R&D activities, including new product development and testing of new materials.
Requirements
- Diploma in Quality Management, Food Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP management systems and their implementation.
- Good leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
