General staffing agency in Singapore.
MCI Career Services fills entry-level to mid-level permanent roles in the operational and support functions that a business relies on every day.
Delivered by MCI Career Services, part of MCI Group of Companies.
How the shortlist is built.
General staffing covers entry-level to mid-level permanent hires in administration, customer service, operations, warehousing, finance support and other core functions. In these roles, the quality of a hire usually becomes apparent in attrition over the first few months rather than at interview.
Consultants search a standing pool of pre-screened candidates first, then their active network, and then carry out targeted sourcing. MCI Career Services also works with e2i, the Employment and Employability Institute, which provides access to trained, job-ready candidates. Where a pool already exists for the role, a shortlist can be ready within days rather than weeks.
Every candidate completes skills verification and a role-fit assessment before being shortlisted, so you receive a small number of candidates worth interviewing rather than a large set of CVs to filter.
