Does it cost anything to register?
No. Registration is free, and MCI does not charge placement fees to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents or Malaysian candidates. For other candidates recruited from overseas, a recruitment fee may apply where the law permits it. Any such fee is capped by MOM and is set out in writing before you commit to anything. No one from MCI will ever ask you to pay to secure or release a job. Anyone who makes such a request is not acting for MCI.
What happens after I register?
A consultant who specialises in your field reviews your details and contacts you to understand what you are looking for. The consultant then matches you to suitable live roles as they open, so you do not need to keep checking the job board.
