Responsibilities
Assist dentists during dental procedures by preparing instruments, equipment, and materials.Attend to patients before, during, and after dental treatments, ensuring their comfort and well-being.Manage patient appointments, registration, enquiries, and follow-up arrangements.Maintain proper sterilisation and cleanliness of dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas in accordance with infection control protocols.Perform administrative duties, including documentation, data entry, billing, and maintaining accurate patient records.Coordinate with dentists and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.Provide courteous assistance, address patients’ enquiries, and deliver a positive patient experience.Carry out other duties as assigned to support the dental team.
