We are seeking an Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts and support the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL reconciliations, billing, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Prepare weekly cash-flow reports, management reports, schedules, AR ageing reports, and variance analysis.
- Manage petty cash, supplier payments, customer invoice reconciliations, and the Fixed Asset Register.
- Support GST returns, corporate income tax matters, audits, corporate secretarial matters, and other assigned accounting duties.
Skills/Experience Required
- Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standard practices, and relevant Singapore laws and regulations.
- Experience with SAGE X3 accounting software is preferred.
