The details.

  • Voting is open to HRM Asia's community of HR leaders and practitioners. There is no judging panel and no written submission.
  • Sixteen categories were contested that year, covering recruitment, employer of record, HR technology, payroll and corporate training.
  • The award recognises MCI Outsourcing's managed staffing and recruitment process outsourcing work for enterprise clients.
Eligibility and judging

About the award.

The voters are HRM Asia's readers, who include HR directors, heads of talent and people leaders across the region. These are the people who commission recruitment process outsourcing for their organisations.

The category.

The award is specific to Recruitment Process Outsourcing, in which a provider runs part or all of a client's hiring function rather than filling individual vacancies. Separate awards that year for client experience and for engineering and IT hiring went to other firms.

What this means for clients

Chosen by HR buyers

The voters are the HR professionals who select and manage RPO providers in their own organisations.

Based on client experience

Providers do not submit entries. The result reflects practitioners' existing assessment of each provider's work.

Specific to running a hiring function

The award recognises operating recruitment at scale on a client's behalf, which is a different service from placing individual candidates.
