MCI Outsourcing was ranked 24th in the 2023 Enterprise 50 (E50) Awards, up from 36th in 2021, placing it among the 50 most enterprising privately held companies in Singapore. It is MCI's third E50, after wins in 2019 and 2021.

- The award is judged afresh in each cycle, so previous winners must qualify again on their current results.
- The 2023 edition was the 29th. It recognised the 50 most enterprising privately held local companies contributing to Singapore's economy at home and abroad.
- Unigold International, PS Energy Group and Mercantile Pacific Asia took the top three places in the same year.
About the award.
The E50 is open to privately held companies in every industry in Singapore, and 50 companies are recognised in each cycle. The field includes manufacturers, engineering firms, logistics operators and technology companies, all assessed on the same criteria.
How it is judged.
Entrants submit audited financial statements, which are assessed alongside a qualitative review of the business. The awards are jointly organised by The Business Times and KPMG, which are independent of the companies being ranked.
Independently reviewed results
The placing is based on filed accounts reviewed by a professional services firm, not on a description the company wrote about itself.
Three wins in five years
Repeated wins in 2019, 2021 and 2023, with the ranking improving each time, indicate consistent performance over several years.
Assessed against all industries
MCI Outsourcing was ranked against companies across the Singapore economy, not only against other recruitment and outsourcing firms.
