Do patient care assistants need to be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board?
No. Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) is required for registered nurses and enrolled nurses, but not for patient care assistants, nursing aides or healthcare assistants. Some employers provide training for these roles, and the posting states this where it applies.
How do I apply for these roles?

Does it cost anything to register?
