IMPORTANT NOTICE: JOB SCAM ALERT

We recently became aware that one of our candidates fell victim to a scam involving an impersonator who created urgency through a video call and sent a suspicious link. The candidate was prompted to ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ง๐ฅ๐จ๐š๐ ๐š๐ง ๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ in preparation for an onsite interview, which required facial recognition and fingerprint verification once the app is downloaded. We have filed a police report, and an investigation is currently underway.

โœ… If you receive an email from any other domain, do not respond, and avoid clicking on any links.

Recently, scammers have been using MCIโ€™s name to offer fake job opportunities. We have filed a police report, and an investigation is underway. Please remain vigilant and cautious. Our recruiters will not contact you via Telegram or other social media platforms.

Tell-tale signs of a job scam:

  • Easy jobs that promise good pay
  • Requests to download apps from dubious sites
  • Requirements to make upfront payments before receiving reimbursements

To verify our recruiters’ identity, kindly get us to email you from @mci.com.sg addresses. If you receive an email from a different domain, please do not respond and do not click on any suspicious links.
